Message @BotFather

Search for `@BotFather` on Telegram, send `/newbot`, and follow prompts to obtain your bot token.

Get Chat ID

Message your new bot, then visit `https://api.telegram.org/bot/getUpdates` to retrieve your Chat ID.

Open the widget settings, enable Telegram notifications, paste credentials, and trigger a test message.
